Few properties are directly situated on the beachfront due to the fact that the Beach Road blocks the road. This is the place to head for family orientated or couples' travel, away from the hype and neon lit beer-bars while still being close enough to access them with ease.
Pattaya A former fishing village, Pattaya has grown over the years to an action-packed beach destination. The curving coastline offers plenty to do with water sports, island tours, offbeat museums, fishing, golf and a famously vibrant nightlife, especially around South Pattaya. If you want to relax away from the crowd, Jomtien offers a more relaxed option.
