Your ‘FIRST TIME at The SPA’ CLEAN-ME-OUT program...
a 7 day program using Famous USA products. The ultimate in
fasting programs. For those who’ve decided it’s
time to do something POSITIVE about their health. It’s
really a powerful way to eliminate toxins from the bloodstream,
build immunity and cleanse your liver and intestinal systems!
We recommend minimum 8 night stay.
- Pre-cleanse talk, assistance when required & other
needed fasting advice.
- Dr Jensen’s videos on cleansing & nutrition
- morning meditation (7.30am -subject to instructor availability)
- intestinal cleansers & herbal nutrition tablets taken
5 times per day
- 5 specially prepared Detox drinks daily
- 1 flora grow lactobactiria capsule daily
- twice daily colon cleansing using our “Colema board”
enema system
- your own personal colema tip + lubricating gel
- a special replacement lactobacteria/acidophilus implant
enema to break the fast

DAYS: US$175
For those who do not have enough time or have not prepared
properly by doing a pre-cleanse (liver flush fast) for our
7 day fast. An easy & simple introduction to fasting.
If you wish, you can proceed after the first 3 days onto our
first timer program. We recommended a minimum 4 night stay.

- daily intestinal cleansers & herbal nutrition tablets
(20 caps per day)

not do our semi-fast or first-timer fast, this is the program
for you! It’s simple – take 2 of our special ‘Liver
Flush Drinks’ (one in the morning & one in the afternoon)
and eat fruit, salads and veggies all day. This fast is a
great way to ALKALIZE your system. You simply order what you
want directly off our menu. (3 to 14 days.)
An easy and smart way to get started on the road to a new
