Less hectic than Chaweng or Lamai. The tranquility of the area has attracted some of the more expensive resorts on the island, as well as small bungalows dotted along the coastline. You can eat well too with a number of interesting small restaurants offering excellent value for money. A good place to stay if your priority is not necessarily a busy nightlife.
