Lanta Pavilion resort is set in the midst of a beautifully landscaped garden with many local trees, plants and flowers. The beachside pool is also surrounded by plants and flowers, and is situated between the retaurant and bar, with a spectacular ocean view. The beach is long, with fine white sand, with many rock formations to enhance the view, especially during sunsets, which are amazing here. On the opposide side of the resort, there is a panorama of lush, rainforested hills. We offer many exciting tours, such as snorkling, SCUBA, Elephant trekking and many more. The restaurant is one of the best on the Island, with first rate Thai food, and very good European, Indian and Mexican food, as well as a dailly fresh seafood buffet BBQ on the beach, with the freshest seafood available. While not the cheapest place on the beach, it is probably the best value. Please check our website for further information. Wecome!

About Koh Lanta
Koh Lanta island is a favourite spot for those who seek peace and solitude, and is the home of the District and National Park offices. Mountainous and rugged in some spots, especially near the southern tip; with a combination of gravelly and fine white sandy beaches, the island is also home to a clan of Chao Ley, or Sea Gypsies who preserve many of their ancient customs and ceremonies.
Krabi Krabi province has some of Thailand's most breathtaking scenery, with stunning beaches, limestone cliffs and colourful coral reefs. Ao Nang with a good choice of restaurants and hotels is Krabi's most popular beach. Ao Nang also provides a embarkation point for beautiful Railey Beach - accessible only by boat. Many of the more upscale hotels are located on developing Klong Muang and nearby Tubkaak - a very quiet beach area - providing a perfect holiday retreat.
Ko Lanta and the Phi Phi Islands are part of Krabi province and both lie within a designated marine national park.
