Construction of a new condominium with 40 floors which located next to the Botany Beach Resort now only decoration and finishing of the units inside the building step by step up to the selling success. The completion date is expected on 31 December 2009.
*There is construction of a new pier at the close marina for approximately 250 boats from now until 31 August 2009. There will be major disturbances due to big machines are operating at the close beach/marina area. Construction time is 08.00 a.m. - 06.00 p.m. daily.*

For many this is the area of choice – just 15 minutes from Pattaya City, guests can party in moderation or opt out completely and use Pattaya as a relaxation destination.
