On the right hand side (neighbourhood) of the Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa is in the process of developing 7 new bungalows. Plan to be finished by the end of October 2008. After this project, have planning to built a new pool. Plan to be finished by the end of December 2008. On the left hand side (neighbourhood) of the Baan Chaweng Beach Resort & Spa is in the process of building a new big restaurant. Plan to be finished by the end of October 2008. There have some noise disturbance daily from 8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. during the construction period.
