The Hotel is still renovating the standard rooms and the Cholatee meeting room. Additional the Hotel is changing the roof of some building this cause extreme noise. Heavy work with extreme noise from 08.00 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. and sometimes to 10.00 p.m., from 08.00 p.m. they working on interior with medium noise.
The Phranang Inn which is located 100 meters next to Ao Nang Villa start to build a 5 storage buildings with new rooms. This will be finished approx. end of January 2009. This work effects to the rooms and Garden Area of the Ao Nang Villa Resort. The work start early in the morning approx. 08.00 a.m. and ends around 10.00 p.m.
